General terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Sharif Said (Solea Jewelry).
2. Contracting party
Sharif Said
Hannoversche Str. 40

soleajewelry77@gmail.com

3. Formation of the contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer. By completing the checkout process requiring payment, you submit a binding offer to purchase. You can review and correct your information before submitting your order.
The automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance. We first check product availability and delivery conditions. The purchase contract is formed when we accept your offer through a separate, express order acceptance by email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown separately. Any additional shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered in the shop. Payment authorisation or reservation of the amount alone does not constitute order acceptance. For methods supporting manual capture, we capture payment only after reviewing and accepting the order. With automatic-charge methods, payment may take place earlier; if we do not accept the order, we promptly refund payments already received.
6. Delivery
Information on delivery areas, processing times, shipping times and shipping costs is available in our shipping policy. Any differing terms for a specific product or order are disclosed before checkout is completed.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. See our withdrawal instructions for further information.
8. Statutory rights for defective goods
Statutory rights for defective goods apply. For defects, please contact soleajewelry77@gmail.com.
9. Privacy
Information about the processing of your personal data is available in our privacy policy.
10. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
